KPTCL to Conduct Maintenance Work at Hennur Road MUSS; Residents Advised to Plan Accordingly

Bengaluru: A scheduled power supply interruption will take place on Monday, June 30, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM in areas served by the 66/11KV Hennur Road MUSS, as per an official statement from the Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited (KPTCL). This outage is part of a periodic maintenance operation that includes several technical tasks to ensure system reliability.

According to KPTCL, the shutdown is necessary to carry out the following essential works:

“Line Clear has been availed by KPTCL for periodic maintenance of the incoming line, transformer bays, 66kV bus maintenance, Tan Delta testing of 66kV line CTs, Power Transformers-1 and 2 CTs, and to address hotspot issues at the 66/11kV Hennur Road MUSS,”
