Authorities Arrest Individual Owed ₹49,100 in Unpaid Traffic Fines

Bengaluru: The police have intensified their crackdown on traffic offenders, culminating in the arrest of a man with an outstanding fine of ₹49,100. The individual, owner of vehicle KA.50-S-3579, was apprehended by the Yelahanka area traffic police, who promptly registered a case and ensured the payment of the long-overdue fine.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (North) confirmed the collection of the fine, emphasizing the ongoing efforts to enforce traffic regulations. Authorities have taken action against offenders, issuing notices and imposing fines exceeding ₹50,000 on numerous vehicles.
