Police custody of Darshan and 3 others extended by two days

Bengaluru: In a recent development, the Bengaluru court has decided to extend the police custody of Kannada actor Darshan Thoogudeepa by two days in connection with the Renukaswamy murder case. Alongside Darshan, a total of 17 individuals, including his friend Pavithra Gowda, have been accused in this case.

The incident revolves around Renukaswamy, who was a fan of the actor and reportedly sent inappropriate messages to Pavithra Gowda. This allegedly led to Renukaswamy's murder. His body was discovered near a storm-water drain adjacent to an apartment in Sumanahalli on June 9.
