Explosive Retaliation in Panjgur: Bulletproof Army Vehicle Blown to Pieces, BLA Claims Responsibility with Chilling Footage
Islamabad: In one of the deadliest blows to the Pakistani military in recent years, the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has claimed responsibility for a massive ambush in Panjgur, Balochistan, that left at least 14 Pakistani Army soldiers dead.
On May 9, the BLA launched a precision attack near Bonistan in Majburabad, targeting a bulletproof military vehicle. The powerful explosion not only destroyed the convoy, but also sent shockwaves through Pakistan's security apparatus.
And now, to further humiliate Islamabad, the BLA has released the complete video of the assault, showing the deadly explosion and aftermath, turning Pakistan’s pride into a pool of blood and wreckage.
“Yes, we confirm. This operation was conducted and executed by our fighters. The enemy vehicle was blown up with explosives. The footage released is genuine.”
— Spokesperson, Baloch Liberation Army
Terror in Panjgur: Bulletproof No More
The ambush occurred in the volatile Panjgur district, an area known for frequent insurgent activity. The Pakistani military convoy, believed to be on a surveillance and logistics route, came under sudden attack — a remotely detonated IED reduced the armored vehicle to twisted metal.
The BLA, a separatist group demanding independence for Balochistan, termed it as a “revenge strike for continued oppression by the Pakistani military.”
The released video, now viral on social platforms, shows:
-
A bulletproof military SUV cruising down a dirt road.
-
A massive explosion that sends the vehicle flying.
-
Fighters opening fire at the wreckage and celebrating the operation.
“This is a message to the occupiers in Balochistan. We will respond to every act of brutality with greater force. This is just the beginning.”
— BLA Video Statement
Pakistan Silent, But Tensions Rise
The Pakistani government has not issued an official statement, but sources confirm military presence has been increased in and around Panjgur. However, Baloch activists say this won’t be the last such attack.
This high-profile ambush comes amid increasing instability in the region, raising questions about Islamabad’s control over Balochistan and the growing audacity of the insurgents.
