Power Outage from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM in Areas Along Banaswadi to HBR and Banaswadi to ITI 66kV Lines Due to Emergency UG Cable Termination

Bengaluru: Brace for a major power outage tomorrow as Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited (KPTCL) has announced a planned power shutdown on Thursday, May 15, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM across several areas of the city. This interruption is due to an emergency Line Clear (LC) availed by KPTCL to carry out crucial underground (UG) cable termination work at the 66/11kV Banaswadi MUSS substation.
