BJP-JDS Alliance Strategizes Ahead of State Elections

Hassan : The BJP has allocated three constituencies to its alliance partner in the state. JDS State President and former CM, HD Kumaraswamy, hinted at the possibility of securing more constituencies, expressing that two additional ones could have been provided upon request.

Addressing party workers, Kumaraswamy indirectly referenced resource challenges, noting a perceived decline in support among constituents. He Highlighted the increased strength of the BJP-JDS alliance, citing significant JDS voter numbers in Chitradurga and the party's influence in Shimoga.

He emotionally appealed for support for Prajwal Revanna in the Hassan Lok Sabha constituency, expressing a personal stake in his success.

Meanwhile, in preparations for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, JDS continued its constituency-wise meetings. Kumaraswamy convened discussions with Kolar district leaders at his residence in J.P. Nagar to strategize for the elections and assess the district's political landscape.
