Darshan admits to Rs 40 lakh loan to avoid implication in murder


Bengaluru: Darshan has disclosed taking a loan of Rs 40 lakh to avoid implication in a murder case. During their third remand in police custody, the police seized Darshan's mobile phone and deactivated its data.

The remand application reveals that the accused disposed of Renukaswamy's mobile phone in a canal at Sumanahalli to destroy evidence. Darshan's mobile data has been deactivated, and a new SIM card must be obtained from service providers in the deceased's name.
