KLE Society Organizes Mega Job Fair for Technical and Non-Technical Candidates

Bengaluru: KLE Society, Belagavi, in association with the National Institute of Electronics and IT (NIELIT), the Department of Skill Development, and other government bodies, is organizing a free mega job fair for both technical and non-technical candidates on Sunday, October 20, 2024, at S. Nijalingappa College, Bengaluru. The event, held as part of the college's Diamond Jubilee celebrations, will feature over 60 companies offering more than 15,000 job opportunities.

The fair is being supported by various government departments, including the Ministry of Electronics and IT, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Karnataka Skill Development Corporation, and the Department of Industrial Training and Employment. Around 2400 candidates have already registered to participate.

Honourable Dr. Prabhakar Kore, Chairman of KLE Society, known for his support towards youth entrepreneurship and job fairs, is represented at the event. The fair aims to provide employment opportunities to the youth, with faculty and student volunteers assisting candidates throughout the event. Offer letters for selected candidates will be issued by the end of the day, with shortlisted candidates announced by 4:00 PM on the same day.

Dr. Ragapriya R. IAS, Commissioner of Employment, and Dr. Sadhana Pote, KAS, Director of Employment, along with other government officials, have extended support to make this event a success. Media outlets are urged to promote the fair to reach as many potential candidates as possible.
