Bengaluru: A comprehensive training session and motivational talks were conducted at the APS premises on November 27, 2024. Representatives from Microsoft, Accenture, and APS faculty trained 250 final-year commerce students as part of a value-added course aimed at enhancing their employability. Certificates were awarded to students upon successful completion.
Dr. Vishnu Bharath Alampalli, President of APSET, addressed the gathering and emphasized the increasing global demand for skilled and goal-oriented Indians. He highlighted the nation's abundant talent and the opportunities available to those who realize their potential.
Motivational speaker Chakravarthy Sulibele and Mysore University Professor Sri Sharath Kumar shared insights with teachers, encouraging them to excel in their profession. They discussed effective teaching methods and engagement strategies for the modern generation.
Swami Dhadyukthanandaji Maharaj graced the event, blessing the students and faculty. He reflected on the satisfaction derived from teaching as a service-oriented profession.
In his address, Dr. Alampalli reiterated the vital role of education in shaping responsible citizens and fostering national development. Drawing from his experience as a Chartered Accountant, he noted that teaching offers unmatched personal fulfillment despite financial disparities compared to other fields.
The eight-hour event, held at Prof. Ananthachar Auditorium, saw enthusiastic participation from students, faculty, and APS management.
