Refuses to Show Ticket, Threatens to Cut Passenger into Pieces; Netizens Demand Arrest After Shocking Train Drama Goes Viral

New Delhi: A video that has taken the internet by storm shows a burqa-clad woman creating absolute chaos inside an Indian train, shouting at passengers, threatening a fellow traveler, and outright refusing to show her ticket to the TTE (Travelling Ticket Examiner). The viral clip, now circulating widely across social media platforms, has sparked national outrage, with many demanding her immediate arrest and legal action.

The incident unfolded in the presence of Railway Protection Force (RPF) personnel, who can be seen standing by as the woman screams, threatens, and refuses to comply with basic travel rules. While the exact train and route remain unknown, the footage has ignited a fierce debate on law enforcement, passenger safety, and abuse of authority on trains.

“Go and ask the Prime Minister about me!” the woman is heard yelling at the TTE and others, refusing to show her ticket despite being repeatedly asked.

In the video, the woman is seen lunging at a standing male passenger, attempting to physically assault him, while others around plead with her to calm down. As fellow passengers say “Madam, madam…”, she becomes more aggressive and shouts that she will “cut him into pieces”, before casually sitting down and refusing to cooperate further.

“I have a ticket, but I won’t show it to you. Are you all mocking me? Do you think I’m ordinary?” the woman shouts at the TTE, who appears visibly disturbed and moves away from the seat.

The TTE, who had remained calm during the exchange, eventually stood up and moved aside, while RPF officers present did not intervene to detain or question the woman, according to the video.

This blatant defiance of railway norms and open threats in front of law enforcement officers have triggered a massive backlash online.

Netizens Furious: "Arrest Her Immediately!"

Across platforms like X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram, users have demanded strict legal action against the woman for:

  • Threatening a co-passenger with physical harm

  • Insulting and intimidating a government servant (TTE)

  • Refusing to show a valid ticket while traveling

“This is not just rule-breaking. This is a clear case of threatening public safety and disrespecting law. Why hasn’t she been arrested yet?” a user commented.

“Throw her out of the country if she thinks she’s above the law,” said another enraged netizen.

Many users have also asked for the location and train route to be disclosed, questioning why the authorities have not released an official statement despite the video's virality.

As of now, the railway authorities have not issued a detailed clarification. The identity of the woman remains unknown, and it is unclear whether any action was taken after the incident.

What the Law Says

According to Indian Railways regulations, passengers are required to present a valid ticket upon request. Refusal to comply can lead to penalty, removal from the train, or arrest under railway rules, especially if the individual becomes violent or obstructs official duty.

With public sentiment boiling over, pressure is now mounting on the authorities to:

  • Trace the woman’s identity

  • Clarify the details of the incident

  • Initiate legal proceedings
