Bengaluru:To make public transportation more accessible, efficient, and commuter-friendly, the Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) has announced the addition of four new schedules on Route No. 245-J, which operates between Kempegowda Bus Station and Kittanahalli.

Effective from May 15, 2025, this move comes as part of BMTC’s ongoing efforts to enhance service availability during peak and mid-day hours. The route is crucial as it connects major residential and transit hubs including Kamakshipalya, Sunkadakatte, Kadabagere Cross, and Janapriya Township.

“BMTC is committed to providing reliable, comfortable, and affordable travel options to Bengalureans. The new schedules on Route 245-J are tailored to match the increasing commuter demand, especially in the western corridors of the city,” said a BMTC spokesperson.
