Ex-Husband Speaks Out on Relationship and Divorce
Bengaluru: Actress Pavithra Gowda has been arrested as the prime suspect, accused number 1, in the Chitradurga Renukaswamy murder case. Allegedly, she is believed to be the instigator behind Renuka Swamy's tragic demise.
Sanjay
Singh, Pavithra Gowda's ex-husband, has shed light on their past relationship
while speaking from jail. They had been estranged for 12 years, with Singh
emphasizing that they no longer maintain any connection or association. Singh
clarified that their divorce stemmed from differences in careers; he hails from
the IT industry, while she pursued a career in cinema, leading to compatibility
issues and ultimately their separation.
Regarding
their daughter, Singh disclosed minimal communication, stating that he spoke
with her only a few times over the past 12 years. The disparity in their
professions was cited as the primary reason for their divorce, with Singh
refraining from further elaboration.
Singh recalled Pavithra Gowda, affectionately known as Chinnu, expressing her desire to separate and pursue a relationship with another individual named Darshan. Singh consented to the divorce, allowing Gowda to pursue her desires.
Reflecting
on his interactions with Pavithra Gowda post-divorce, Singh mentioned
occasional meetings in 2017 and 2018 in Bengaluru to visit their daughter.
However, since then, Singh has not had any contact with his daughter.
